PROCESSING DETAILS

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 - 5 business days -- not including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 1-5 business days. All orders are also tracked. This means that from the moment it leaves our warehouse right through to its delivery, you can track it right to your door! Always Bella Skin does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.

MY TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED IS NOT CURRENTLY WORKING

This will occur depending on the shipping company used to ship to your location and it may take a couple of days for the information to update on their end. This error should not show if you have placed an order with us longer than 5 business days. If the tracking code is still not working, please ensure to contact our support team via the “Contact Us” page.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If the product that you have purchased is broken or faulty we are happy to give you a full refund or send you a new product, whichever you prefer.
